Sports & Activities

Guitar MST is dedicated to continually updating, expanding and improving the opportunities for our students physical and extracurricular enrichment and growth.  We run a diverse After School Activities programme (ASA) for Elementary students which includes activities such as Table Tennis, Creative Art, Sport Stacking, Aikido, Creative Dance, Strategic Board Games, Music Ensemble and Electric Guitar classes amongst many others.  We hold three ASA sessions per school year (activites are subject to change), full details of which can be obtained on request from the MST Front Office.

AikidoMST Elementary students participate in once weekly PE classes, incorporating sports and activities such as Tennis, Baseball/Softball, Cross Country Running, Soccer and Basketball amongst a variety of other physical activities and co-operative games. We enjoy a friendly relationship with many other schools in the Tokyo area and are active participants in various Inter-School sporting events throughout the school year.

DanceThe MST Elementary Afternoon Programme (EAP) runs on Wednesday afternoons throughout select periods of the school year and is an additional opportunity for our students to participate in enriching activities and develop new skills and interests. Our EAP activities differ each session, though in the past, activities such as Cookery, Lamp Making, School Newspaper and Ice Skating classes have all been enjoyed by our students.
