Application Deadlines

Please see below for associated deadlines of the current academic year.

To gain entrance for the current academic year, the entire application process should be completed as soon as possible. Overseas students may be admitted anytime throughout the year, based on space availability and other criteria.

For all other age applicants, applications will be processed in batches for which the application deadlines are as follows:

Before the Application Submission Deadlines, the Application Form and Application Fee should be submitted.
Before the Application Process Deadlines, the entire application process should be completed. The application process consists of:

Submitting Progress Reports and the Confidential Recommendation Form
Completing the Parent Interview and Student Visit

By the dates of Notification of Admissions Status, you will be notified of the result by email. In exceptional cases, applicants may be informed of the results of their applications prior to the above dates.

For age 5 applicants (children turning 5 years old on or before August 31).

5-year-old applicants who do not complete the process by the deadlines listed above will be included with all other applicants and their applications will be processed in each batch as below.

After the last date above, applications will be accepted and processed as soon as possible after all steps have been completed. During the summer vacation, while every attempt will be made to ensure a timely processing of each application, unavoidably they may take longer to process than those submitted earlier.
